After creating the association Haceria Arteak they transform a place that was part of the Serrería Fernández sawmill to create a meeting space for groups, interpretation schools, students of Fine Arts and academies and artists of all kinds.
Film and television shootings, radio programs, events, dance and theater shows and endless concerts take place in this space.
It is one of the first cultural spaces born in La Ribera de Deusto through the reconversion of a space with an industrial past.

At the end of 2019, and due to the development of the urban plan, the building that houses Haceria disappears.
