ZAWPLAB is a place for creation born to give a second life to a part of the old Sawmill Fernández after its reparzelation.

Since 2011 it hosts creators sharing space. ZAWPLab is conceived not only as a workplace, but also as a place to live where artists and creators in residence coexist with entrepreneur who initiate their projects.
This space sees numerous initiatives born and grow until 2019, when with the advance of the Urban Plan and the transfer of Haceria Arteak Association to its new facilities, it is again empty for a new use.
