A final de 2019, debido al avance del plan urbanístico el edificio desaparece, por lo que la organización se traslada ese mismo verano.
The cultural management company EIDABE occupies this building, formerly part of the Serrería Fernández sawmill.
EIDABE focuses on children and youth leisure, theater production and event organization. The space is mainly destined to storage of the materials generated for its productions.

At the end of 2019, due to the progress of the urban plan, the building disappears, so the organization moves that summer.

Haceria Arteak was born in 1998 founded by a group of students of the now disappeared school of Performing Arts, Dance and Music Juan Antxieta. After creating the association Haceria Arteak they transform a place that was part of the Serrería Fernández sawmill to create a meeting space for groups, interpretation schools, students of Fine Arts and academies and artists of all kinds.
Film and television shootings, radio programs, events, dance and theater shows and endless concerts take place in this space.
It is one of the first cultural spaces born in La Ribera de Deusto through the reconversion of a space with an industrial past.

At the end of 2019, and due to the development of the urban plan, the building that houses Haceria disappears.

This space is used as a cultural space for the first time in 2008 to enable the passage to the square where several of the buildings that shape the ZAWP project are located.
During the years of use it serves as support for various artistic interventions and is the main entrance for the public that visits the cultural spaces of the square.

In 2017, and after being closed for a few months, the space is opened as ZAWP DENDA, a small neighborhood grocery that combines the service of selling basic food and hygiene products with the information point of ZAWP and the projects that conform it. It also serves as a place for temporary exhibition and sale of artistic and creative products of different initiatives.

Before being Garabia ZAWP aretoa, the building hosted a mechanical workshop, Talleres Molsa, that emerged from the reparzelation of The old Fernandez sawmill.

Since its recovery as a multidisciplinary space in 2011, Garabia hosts diverse activities from numerous creators and artists. During this period, Garabia is a place to promote and increase the possibility of exhibiting cultural actions, which, in addition to welcoming the audience, serves as a space for artists to create during their residency at ZAWP.

In the end of 2019, and with the progress of the urban plan and the transfer of Haceria Arteak Association, Garabia becomes part of Pabellón 6.
