This old building, headquarters of Vicinay Cadenas falls into disuse at the beginning of the year 2018.
In a short period of time it suffers various looting, so the residents of La Ribera de Deusto decide to give it a second life making it a self-managed social and cultural space from and for the neighborhood, Bizinahi.
